29 CFR 1910.178(o)(6): Extreme care was not used when tilting the load forward or backward, particularly when high tiering. Tilting forward with load engaging means elevated was not prohibited except to pick up a load. On or about March 28, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the Batch Area where employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when elevating material without using extreme care while tilting the load forward.
