29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Storage of chemicals required and used for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment was not kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public: On or about March 27, 2024, and at time prior thereto, employees utilized hazardous flammable chemicals and materials containers that were not stored in storage a cabinet. Materials included 1-gallon cans of thinner, 1-gallon bottles of acetone, 16 oz cans of adhesive and paints.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about March 27, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in 900 Assembly Department, employees utilized a drill press that was not provided with a guard to protect the operators while performing materials holes drilling and production work.
