Employees engaged in residential roofing activities worked at or near the edge at heights greater than 20 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system. Violation observed on or about March 30, 2024 A & A Roofing Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 1531346, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Tylers Way, Voorhees, NJ.
