29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period.  At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 - On or about 28 March 2024, employees of JV Contracting Inc. working at The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to lead levels at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air, averaged over an eight-hour period.  a) Employees working in the slag bagging area were exposed to lead levels that were equivalent to 2165% of the allowable dose for an 8-hour-time weighted average (TWA). This exposure is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA of approximately 1100 micrograms per cubic meter of air, exceeding the OSHA PEL of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air. The sampling time was 425 minutes. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods.
