Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Jobsite- Roof level 233 Boston Post Rd, Wayland, MA On March 30, 2024, workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 35 feet to the ground below while working on a roof where fall protection was not used or was not used properly.
