29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): Worksite, Flexo 1, drive belt: On or about March 29, 2024, an employee operating a Servotech (Model- 802/660 Serial# 89688) Flexo 1 Napkin Folding Machine was exposed to an unguarded Senning A 522 SE-70-61750 belt located less than 42 inches from the floor level.
