On or about March 23rd, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of multiple stories, where the employer did not provide for a competent person to make frequent and regular inspections of the job site to identify and eliminate hazards. Five employees were walking on a section of stairs when the stair section collapsed and dropped out from beneath them.
