This condition potentially exposed employees to fall hazards in the following locations: a) Purchase and Inventory Dock b) Maintenance Shop The Quechan Casino Resort was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1458255, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 03-23-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 525 Algodones Rd, Winterhaven, CA 92283.
