29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) Lot #287: On 4/2/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 125 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) Lot #287: On 4/2/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 19-feet, 7-inches to the lower ground level, in that employees were not provided with a fall protection system while engaged in framing activities using the top plate as a walking/working surface.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):The ladder extension was positioned such that deflection under a load, by itself, would cause the ladder to slip off its support:  a) Lot #287: On 4/2/2024, the employer exposed the employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 10-feet 6-inches to the lower level, in that the extension ladder side rails were not extend at least 3-feet past the upper landing to allow for safe access and egress.
