29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer had not provided a training program for each employee who might have been exposed to fall hazards. The program had enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and had not trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about November 1, 2024, Elite Roofing and Remodeling, LLC did not ensure that each employee working on the roof of a residential building at 547 Forest Park Drive in Foristell, Missouri, had received training that would enable them to recognize fall hazards and to implement procedures to minimize fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels had not been protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about November 1, 2024, Elite Roofing and Remodeling, LLC did not ensure that each employee roofing a residential building at 547 Forest Park Drive in Foristell, Missouri, was protected by personal fall arrest systems. Elite Roofing and Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630877, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1345-1361 S Waterford Drive in Florissant, Missouri.
