(b) Large/Big Bucket Truck: On April 9, 2024 and times prior, employees operated a 2012 International Work Star truck with an insulated Terex Hi-Ranger aerial lift bucket that had not received dielectric testing, exposing employees to electric shock injuries and electrocution. (c) Tree Bucket Truck: On April 9, 2024 and times prior, employees operated a 2006 GMC C7500 truck with an insulated Altec aerial lift bucket that had not received dielectric testing, exposing employees to electric shock injuries and electrocution.
