29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii):Midrails were not installed midway between the top rail and the platform surface: Worksite located at 3734 Pear St., St. Joseph, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the employee was working near opening of the scissor lift in which the employee had not chained the midrail in order to prevent falls.
