One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.:   a) On or about June 4, 2024, at a workplace located at 13190 Velp Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin in the Shred Department; the end roller on the blue incline conveyor moving cheese product from the crumbler was not guarded to prevent exposure to an in running nip point hazard created by the roller and the conveyor belt.   b) On or about June 4, 2024, at a workplace located at 13190 Velp Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin on a production line; the end roller on a motorized conveyor moving cheese product was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to an in running nip point hazard created by the roller and the conveyor belt.
