29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) On or about April 3, 2024, at the jobsite: subcontractor employees were exposed to eye injuries while installing light metal exterior framing using a Ramset TF1200 Trakfast Fastener Gun, in that the use of eye protection was not enforced.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about April 3, 2024, at the jobsite: subcontractor employees were exposed to an approximate 22 foot fall hazard while operating a JLG Aerial Lift 600s (#204585 S/N# 0300241890) to install light metal exterior framing, in that, fall protection was not used.
