29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about April 4, 2024, on the east exterior side of Building E located at 950 S. Kanner Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee performing metal roof installation work from an aerial lift was exposed to fall and ejection hazards of approximately 12 feet while not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the anchor point.
