29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Warehouse walkways - On or about 04/04/2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure all walking/working surfaces were kept in a clean and orderly condition when pathways were blocked by fans, extension cords, pallet of short length tubes and a cart holding a long length tube.
