Employees using the press#6 bandsaw to cut defective 901parts were exposed to laceration hazards.  b) Pinnacle Industrial Enterprises, INC. on or about April 04, 2024, at the address of 513 Napoleon Rd. Bowling Green, OH; The employer did not ensure that the unused portion of blade on the Grizzly Industries G0569 bandsaw was guarded. Employees working in the immediate area of the unattended saw were exposed to laceration injuries.
