29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Production Area:  Employees who handle corrosive cleaners and detergents such as LD-300 foaming chlorinated detergent, Low Temp Sanitizer, Alpha Sheen caustic cleaner, Alpha BAC 10 disinfectant, and 501 Wallop foaming detergent to sanitize seafood processing machines, equipment and work surfaces were not provided suitable flushing facilities in areas including, but not limited to:   a) West Production Room - no suitable flushing facilities.  b) Cleaning Product Storage Room - eyewash not maintained adequately, rusty water.  c) Blast Cooler (cleaning product storage room) - emergency shower head was missing.
