29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) Residential construction located at 2295 Lake Cove Ct., Buford, GA 30519 on the Roof: On or about 4/4/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating this tool. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards which included plastic collated fragments, wood debris, and 2-3/8-inch fasteners.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501   a) Residential construction located at 2295 Lake Cove Ct, Buford, GA, Roof: On or about 4/4/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at eave heights above 20 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while installing shingles on the roof that was greater than 4/12 pitch.
