29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) New commercial building located at 3396 Highway 155 N, McDonough, GA 30252, on the edge of the of the roof on the right side of the building: On or about 4/03/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  New commercial building located at 3396 Highway 155 N, McDonough, GA 30252, Roof: On or about 4/03/2024,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of heights over 30 feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided as employees were engaged in framing activities.
