29 CFR 1926.95(a):Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, and barriers, were not provided: a) On or about 04/04/2024, while unloading an excavator along the roadside at 3378 Atlantic Boulevard, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of personal protective equipment, such as, but not limited to: high visibility vests, clothing and barriers. Employees working in close proximity of on coming vehicular traffic were exposed to struck by hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
