29 CFR 1926.306(b)(3)(i): Air receivers were not equipped with an indicating pressure gauge (so located as to be readily visible) and with one or more spring-loaded safety valves: a) At a newly constructed home, located at 115 Exmoor Cir, Lot 71, Savannah, GA: On or about April 8, 2024: The employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer supplied an air compressor to power pneumatic tools used by employees, and there was not a functioning gauge on the air receiver.
