29 CFR 1928.57(a)(7)(i): The employer did not protect employees from coming into contact with hazards created by moving machinery parts through the installation and use of a guard or shield or guarding by location: On or about April 3, 2024, employees engaged in belt tension adjustments on the Spudnik Van Unloader conveyor system were exposed to a crushing hazard created by the belt and motor bracket on the discharge end.
