29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: A) Roof Dr. LLC. on or about April 08, 2024 at the address of 1026 Christy Rd. Hermitage, PA: Employees were accessing the roof of the structure with the ladder not being extended 3 feet above the upper landing surface. The employees were using the ladder to access the roof that was only extended 1 foot above the eave of the roof.
