29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a worksite located at 596 Savannah Drive, Greenwood, Missouri, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection or mitigation measures in place.  These hazards were most recently observed on or about 4/9/2024.  Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  1.  Two employees exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet while working on the northern section of the structures roof. 2.  Two employees exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet while working on the first level of the structures southern roof section. 3.  Two employees exposed to fall hazards of greater than 9 feet while working on the second level of the structures southern roof section.
