29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables not specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, were used where attached to building surfaces: a) Chemical Storage Room: On April 3, 2024, and at times prior thereto, flexible cords were used to provide 110v power to a water softener. The cord was attached to the building surface by means of a "cable staple."
