On or about 4/04/2024, at Walter I. M. Hodge Pavilion Revitalization 194AA Estate Smithfield Frederiksted, VI  00840 - employees were exposed to falls of approximately eighteen feet to the ground while installing solar panels on a residential roof. The personal fall arrest systems showed signs of damage, deterioration, and expiration date, exposing employees to a fall hazard.  NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
