29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  Roof : On or about April 18, 2024, were exposed to eye hazards when using the pneumatic nail gun to nail the roofing materials without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Jobsite:  On or about April 18, 2024 The employees who were installing roofing shingles on a 12 in 12 pitch roofs were not protected from fall hazards by the use guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system.

Roof:  On or about April 18, 2024, the employees were exposed to ladder collapsing hazards due to the angle that the ladder was set up at.
