29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):  Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:  At the worksite located at 2750 SW 7 Highway, Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards when framing a structure.  The personal fall arrest system was not rigged to prevent employees from falling to the ground level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2):  The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)  At the worksite located at 2750 SW 7 Highway, Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards when framing a structure.  Employees were not trained on the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspection of fall protection equipment.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At the worksite located at 2750 SW 7 Highway, Blue Springs, Missouri:  An employee was exposed to fall hazards when framing a structure while not utilizing a fall protection system when working more than 6 feet from a lower level.    RF Construction DBA KC Framers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1547532, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 8, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 18902 E. US 40 Highway, Independence, Missouri.  RF Construction DBA KC Framers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443902, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5841 NW 72nd St., Kansas City, Missouri.
