29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: a) Throughout retirement facility/Residents Rooms - On or about April 10, 20204, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards associated with bloodborne pathogens in that, the employer failed to ensure that a written exposure control plan was established for housekeeper employees engaged in activities such as, but not limed to, cleaning residents rooms.
