29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Jobsite, 2000 Whiteford Road York, PA - On or about April 10, 2024, an employee worked from a JLG Model# 800AJ aerial lift to install metal support strips without fall protection. The basket door was tied open, exposing the employee to a fall hazard to grade. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
