29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2)(i):The employer did not provide clean change areas for employees whose airborne exposure to lead was above the permissible exposure limit or as an interim protection for employees performing tasks as specified in paragraph (d)(2)(iii)[B] without regard to respirators: (a) on or about 4/9/2024 and at times prior thereto, employees performing rivet busting activities on an old railway bridge spanning Coos Bay were exposed to the hazards of lead ingestion and respiration in that clean change areas for employees were not provided and utilized.
