29 CFR 1917.95(b)(1):The employer did not provide and direct the wearing of personal flotation devices for those employees engaged in work in which they may be pulled into the water: (a) on or about 3/26/2024 and at times prior thereto, dock workers employed by Nor-Cal Seafood on a pier with no guard rail 20 feet above the water were exposed to hypothermia or drowning in that they were not instructed to wear life jackets.
