29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: Location: 14-18 Hutchens Mews Plymouth, MA 02360 On 04/10/2024 employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while replacing electrical fixtures on residential homes where they were working on energized circuits and access to the circuit breaker panel was unavailable.
