29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910:   (a) On or before April 10, 2024, the employer did not maintain workspace of at least 3 feet in front of General Electric Breaker Switch box 240-40-volt electrical panels located in the Parts department of the shop, in that the panels were blocked by stacks of cardboard boxes, auto parts and repair products. This condition exposed employees to electrical and mechanical hazards.  (b) On or before April 10, 2024, the employer did not maintain workspace of at least 3 feet in front of the General Electric Breaker Switch box 240-4- volt electrical panel located in the Paint department, in that the panel was blocked by a computer cart hardwired into the wall directly in front of and blocking access to the panel.
