29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) 5092 S. Albion Way, Cherry Creek Village, CO 80121: On or about April 10, 2024, and at times prior, Black Roofing Inc. dba Black Roofing & Waterproofing as the controlling employer, the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Subcontractor employees were observed engaged in re-roofing tasks while exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet without fall protection.
