29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On March 29, 2024, the employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident where an employee sustained an in-patient hospitalization after being struck by a tree branch. The employee was hospitalized one day for the incident. OSHA was not notified until April 5, 2024 by a third party through the OSHA complaint system.
