29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) Raber Construction LLC. On or about April 10, 2024 at the address of 1774 Shafer Rd. Bucyrus OH 44820: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing framing work activities atop a two-story residential structure. Employees installing prefabricated trusses were exposed to falls hazards of between 12'- 19' to the ground below. Raber Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1652937, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at 546 South Port Drive. Avon Lake OH 44012.
