Location - 34 Tesla Avenue, Medford, MA. Instance A. On or about April 10, 2024, two employees were not protected while working/walking around energized electrical circuits. Instance B. On or about April 10, 2024, two employees were not protected from an energized live circuit while ascending and descending an aluminum ladder.
