29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Residential construction located at 3602 South Fulton Ave, Hapeville GA 30354. Framing: On or about 4/10/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at eave heights above 25 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while performing framing.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. a) New residential construction, 3602 South Fulton Ave, Hapeville GA 30354, On or about 4/10/2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that they are operating a Motabo 3-1/4 coil nail gun without eye protection. Safety glasses were not provided to employees while conducting roofing activities prior to the beginning of the work day.
