No. 10A-1970  LOCATION: 700 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA.  Throughout the jobsite.  On April 9, 2024, fire extinguishers were were not inspected by the employer in accordance to the NFPA standards.  By not having the fire extinguishers properly maintained it would be difficult to extinguisher a fire if one started, risking employees lives.
