LOCATION:  700 Atlantic Ave., Boston, MA.  Existing roof top of South Station.  On April 9, 2024, the employer did not provide charged fire extinguishers on the site.

29 CFR  1926.150(c)(1)(viii):Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970  LOCATION: 700 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA.  Throughout the jobsite.  On April 9, 2024, fire extinguishers were were not inspected by the employer in accordance to the NFPA standards.  By not having the fire extinguishers properly maintained it would be difficult to extinguisher a fire if one started, risking employees lives.
