29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Location: a) Worksite; 349 Troutman Street, Brooklyn, NY 11237 a) On or about 4/9/2024, employees of GCM Steel Products Inc., were handling Startex M.E.K. products on site and were exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, methyl ethyl ketone (M.E.K.) without being provided a written respiratory protection program by the employer.
