29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New Residential Construction; Parc Bench Road Lot #3-#5: On or about April 10, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the employees were wearing safety glasses while operation pneumatic air guns and circular saws. San Luis Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1721870, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 133 - 147 Basil Street, Cumming, GA 30040.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New Residential Construction; Roof Hip: On or about April 10, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the employees were wearing fall protection when working at heights of approximately 9 -feet, 8-inches to the ground level while performing framing activities. San Luis Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1721870, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 133 - 147 Basil Street, Cumming, GA 30040.
