29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) Location - Jobsite On or about 5/26/2022, Momo Design and build Inc, as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. Employees of subcontractor, MF Contractors Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 30 feet above a lower level.
