29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 11, 2024, the steep roof of a commercial building, employees were exposed to fall hazards exceeding 6 feet while installing roofing material, without a fall protection system in place. EUSTORGIO ROSAS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1469683, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 5, 2020, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF MARCH 9, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED 1362 WILSON ROAD, CONROE, TX 77304.
