On or about April 7, 2024, in room 117, the employer did not ensure that a Milwaukee miter saw (Serial Number 799A493470127) had a properly functioning guard at the point of operation to prevent employees from inadvertently contacting the rotating blade exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards while using the equipment.
