29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a. 30 Lane Ave., Caldwell, NJ 07006 The employer failed to ensure that guardrail systems were installed on the unprotected edges of the residential building under construction. Workers, including AC workers, were exposed to fall hazards at a height of approximately 15 feet. b. 30 Lane Ave., Caldwell Employees are exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from the staircase from the first to the third floor without guardrails. Violation observed on 04/11/24
