29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: (a) Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. 2946 Fallbrook Street, Geneva, NY 14456. On or about April 11, 2024, an employee utilized a Lincoln Electric Power Mig 255 Welder where cables leading into the MIG gun was missing insulation, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Abatement certification is required.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2):The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter: a) Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. 2946 Fallbrook Street, Geneva, NY 14456. On or about April 11, 2024, employees who are expected to respond to incipient fires were not provided training annually on the use of fire extinguishers and the hazards involved with incipient stage fires. Abatement certification is required.
