29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a)Menard, Inc., DBA Menards Store # 3132 at 3821 6th Avenue Southeast, Aberdeen, SD 57401: On or about and at times prior to April 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure that only stable loads were handled, in that the Yale forklift was used to lift the Genie Industries lift platform, s/n 4097-1417 with an employee in the extended basket to conduct fire suppression system repairs. This condition exposed employees to fall and crushing hazards.
