Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable. a) New Residential Construction located at Homesite 128 across from Lot 4, 128 Grandview, Stockbridge, GA 30281, on the roof; On or about 4/11/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.
